What we charge for Boundary Matters

Boundary determination fees.

A staged fee structure for our jointly-instructed boundary determination service. Both parties share the fees equally — each pays 50% — and you only move to the next stage when you choose to.

A staged fee structure, set out up front

This fee structure is based on both parties jointly instructing the surveyor to consider the boundary and provide an independent determination. Unless otherwise agreed, the parties share the fees equally, with each party paying 50%. Fees are payable stage by stage, and you only proceed to the next stage when you are ready.

Where it would help to assess the boundary properly, a measured site survey may be needed. Its cost is arranged and paid for separately and is not included above. “From” fees may increase where the property is large, access is difficult, the boundary is extensive, or the issues are more complex than first expected.
